Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technology sales or executive hiring.
• Partner with sales leaders and executives using data, market insights, and talent expertise to aid hiring decisions.
• Strong analytical orientation to drive hiring outcomes.
• Excellent judgment in evaluating talent and managing complex searches.
• Proactive sourcing through pipelines, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Experience building pipelines of executive and sales talent.
• Proficient with iCIMS or similar ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
