Based in Danvers, MA, with remote options across the US, you will recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team, align with marketing and product, and drive market expansion and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5–7+ years in regional sales management.
• B2B sales experience is a must; B2C preferred.
• Experience in color management print/packaging industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a commercial strategy and annual NA sales plan that meets goals.
• Provides monthly analysis of regional sales performance and budgets.
• Leads go-to-market plans for new products.
• Recruits, trains, and develops the NA Sales organization (employees and agents).
• Coordinates sales operations with other departments and maintains customer relations.
