Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 15+ years of progressive multi-discipline experience in transportation design/management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project management teams with workload planning, scheduling, QA/QC and technical execution.
• Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with DOTs, municipalities and other clients for winning and delivering projects.
• Oversee multi-discipline consultant teams through project development and design.
• Drive business growth by securing new contracts and expanding existing relationships across services.
• Manage budgets, utilization, backlog, invoicing and accounts receivable; ensure financial success.
