Job summary

Marsh McLennan seeks a Client Executive in Executive Risk and Cyber to partner with account teams and clients, building trust-based relationships and delivering tailored risk management solutions.

The role requires in-person interactions with clients, producers and service teams, with hybrid flexibility when needed, and a strong track record in Executive Risk and Cyber coverage. We welcome seasoned professionals who can lead complex negotiations and align client needs with company resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 8-10 years' experience and/or training in insurance industry; experience with commercial lines rating systems.
• 5-8 years managing relationships including face-to-face client experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Executive Risk and Cyber coverage lines.
• Some college or higher education (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships in Executive Risk and Cyber.
• Consult with sales team to provide risk management services tailored to each client.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Executive Risk and Cyber products, coverage options, and risk management principles.
• In-person interaction with clients, producers, and in-office service teams, with hybrid flexibility.
