Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Business Manager in Reporting, Middle Office and Controls to support operational execution and deliver data-driven insights across multiple sub-teams. You will partner with leaders to drive essential initiatives, ensuring timely, accurate execution in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will own end-to-end projects, coordinate metrics, and present management with executive-ready commentary.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience in business management, project management, governance or management consulting.
• Highly organized and able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the management team to meet strategic and operational goals.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across locations and manage upwards as needed.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to share information with stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports to increase transparency for senior leadership.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly metric submissions and provide actionable insights.
• Lead end-to-end projects and ad hoc analyses for executive-ready outcomes.
• Guide remediation efforts across the global organization and present evidence to closure.
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills in ambiguous environments.
