Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in reporting, financial analytics, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related quantitative discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating in teams and communicating across departments.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and work independently, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver continuous improvements across all processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly exposure reviews and explain the risk story to management partners.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports and presentations for risk managers and senior managers.
• Aggregate and analyze exposures for weekly risk meetings and monthly risk reporting.
• Maintain data quality and use tools to ensure accuracy of reported results.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for Principal Risk infrastructure projects.
• Assist with documentation for operating procedures and user tools.
• Collaborate with business partners to resolve data-quality exceptions.
• Work with technology and stakeholders on system/process improvements and releases.
• Contribute to intelligent solutions using tools like Tableau and Alteryx.
