Job summary

Ascensus seeks a senior relationship manager in Pennsylvania to protect and optimize confidential client data, while growing the book of business with elite advisors. You will engage with C-level executives, educate on platform rollouts, and deliver tailored reporting to strengthen client retention.

You will leverage industry knowledge to identify cross-sell opportunities, manage cross-functional partnerships, and drive strategic initiatives across retirement plan services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in retirement services industry.
• Direct client/client equivalent relationships within a financial services administrative environment.
• Ability to work independently as required, but also contribute to a cohesive team.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including group presentation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Detailed understanding of investments utilized in retirement programs.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
• Develop education and communication strategies with employers’ C-level executives.
• Promote advisory relationships and cross-sell solutions for revenue growth.
• Meet with executives to discuss plan performance and pricing considerations.
• Deliver customized reporting and strategic analyses for elite advisors.
