Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Beverly Hills seeks a Retail Coordinator to support the VP of Retail for US & Canada from the Los Angeles area, partnering to execute regional strategy, coordinate projects, and prepare leadership materials. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail, project coordination, business operations, executive support, or a related environment.
• Strong business acumen and comfort working with data, KPIs, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with strong presentation skills; strong proficiency in Excel, Teams and other Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day executive support to the Vice President of Retail, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
• Track retail projects, deadlines, and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders and following up to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor business performance, commercial targets and KPIs; prepare recurring and ad-hoc reporting and identify trends or areas of concern.
• Prepare presentations, business reviews, reports, and meeting materials translating data into clear, polished materials.
• Coordinate retail leadership meetings and regional calls, manage agendas and follow-up on key actions.
• Act as a liaison between the Vice President, store leadership, and corporate departments to streamline communication and support store teams.
• Support new store openings, refurbishments, relocations, onboarding of Store Directors, and regional activations.
