Burger King in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead all aspects of the restaurant, including profitability, guest experience, people, and daily operations. The RGM will manage a team of Assistant Manager, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members to deliver consistent service.

You will own the P&L, drive sales, recruit and develop staff, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain brand standards while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to develop staff.

Responsabilités

• Own the restaurant P&L and drive profitability through sales and cost controls.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team, including the Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinators.
• Ensure hospitality standards, food safety compliance, and brand procedures are followed.
• Optimize daily operations, scheduling, and labor with a focus on guest experience.
