Legend Senior Living in Canonsburg, PA, is seeking a Residence Director to lead overall community management and day-to-day operations of an assigned residence, including staff, budget and care quality. You will ensure holistic care and coordinate nursing, dining, maintenance, and enrichment programs to meet residents' needs.

You will drive operational excellence, promote a positive living environment, and ensure compliance with state requirements and company policies, including after-hours

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in an operations leadership role.
• Administrator license or state certification as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations of all departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales).
• Managing budget, expenses, and compliance with state requirements.
• Maintaining programs like quality mgmt, safety mgmt, and community outreach.
• Assisting leaders with move-ins, care plans, and events.
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
• Promoting a positive work and living environment; after-hours availability as needed.
