Legend Senior Living in the United States is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to help manage the community and coordinate day-to-day operations across resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services.

The role requires at least one year of professional experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain the administrator/residence director certification. Nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly.
• Ability to obtain administrator/residence director certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision of all personnel to include training, coaching, staffing and related duties
• Acting as manager-on-duty responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residence
• Assists Residence Director with compliance, financials, sales, marketing, recruiting, and other duties as assigned
