Legend Senior Living in Pittsburgh is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to help manage our community and oversee day-to-day operations. The role includes coordinating resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment, and dining services in a supervisory capacity.

The position requires at least one year of professional experience, strong command of Microsoft Office, and the ability to obtain the necessary administrator licensure. A reliable team leader is preferred for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly.
• Ability to obtain administrator/residence director certification/licensure.
• Supervisory/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision of all personnel, including training and coaching.
• Acting as manager-on-duty responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the residence.
• Assists Residence Director with compliance, financials, sales, marketing, recruiting, and other duties as assigned.
