Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales/recruiting or related experience; specializing in Clinical Research and Operations.
• Experience recruiting for both contract and direct hire/permanent placement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively learn job requisitions within Clinical Research.
• Build relationships and network with potential candidates.
• Conduct prescreening and interviews for candidate evaluation.
• Manage candidate expectations and provide process updates.
• Collaborate with Business Development Team for client needs.
• Maintain candidate data integrity within Orbis’ database.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Ability to build and foster relationships

Proficiency in MS-Office Products/Suite

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
