Job summary

UKG seeks a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to design and deliver enterprise-level executive reviews and dashboards for senior leaders. You will collaborate with Finance and Enterprise Systems to ensure data quality, drive concise narratives, and produce executive-ready materials for timely decisions.

You will synthesize diverse inputs, manage the reporting calendar, and enable forward-looking analyses with scenario planning while continuously improving reporting processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise planning, operations, analytics, or strategic finance within tech/SaaS.
• Experience developing company-wide executive performance reporting integrating data from multiple functions.
• Strong data validation, identifying drivers and trends, translating findings into implications using Excel/BI.
• Proficient with Power BI or Tableau and connecting insights to executive narratives.
• Experience using AI for automated reporting and dashboards.
• Experience writing and presenting executive-ready content with clear decisions/actions.
• Ability to exercise strategic judgment and communicate with confidence in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA or related advanced degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, cadence, standards, and content for a decision-focused view of performance.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into concise narratives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functions to reconcile data and improve KPI accuracy.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefing materials that are concise and visual.
• Manage the reporting production calendar and review process for timely materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications for decision support.
• Improve templates and tools to reduce manual effort and elevate executive communication.
