Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to own the design and delivery of the enterprise-level executive review framework and dashboards that provide senior leaders with a concise, fact-based view of company performance and strategic initiatives.

You will partner with Finance, Enterprise Systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, develop executive-ready dashboards, and drive insight-driven decisions that shape course corrections.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise planning, operations analytics, or strategic finance supporting executive reviews and enterprise cadence in tech or SaaS.
• Experience developing company-wide executive performance reporting integrating data from multiple functions.
• Analytical capability to validate data, identify drivers/trends, and translate findings into implications with analytics tools.
• Strong experience with Power BI/Tableau or similar platforms, linking insights to executive narratives.
• Experience writing/presenting executive-ready content for senior leadership with clear stories and actions.
• Advanced degree in strategy, business, finance, analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content requirements for a consistent, decision-oriented view of performance.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategy inputs into concise narratives explaining key drivers and actions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to reconcile source data and strengthen KPI accuracy and narrative quality.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefing materials that are concise and visually clear.
• Manage the reporting production calendar, review process, and deep-dives to ensure timely, accurate materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications to move reporting toward insight and risk anticipation.
• Continuously improve processes, templates, and tools to reduce manual effort and elevate executive communication quality.
