Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in enterprise business operations, data analytics, data science, strategic finance, or a related quantitative field
• Advanced analytical proficiency with Excel and data querying, modeling, or visualization tool such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python
• Proficient in using AI to drive automated reporting and dashboarding
• Experience building benchmarking libraries, metric taxonomies, data dictionaries, or governed executive dashboards
• Ability to present complex analyses to senior leaders clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

• Define the data, analytics, and benchmarking roadmap for enterprise planning and transformation.
• Establish consistent metric definitions, calculation logic, data sources, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and other teams to collect and reconcile data.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Build models, dashboards, and scorecards revealing trends and trade-offs.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready narratives and visuals.
• Partner to resolve data quality issues and strengthen governance for metrics.
• Lead high-priority ad-hoc analyses and deliver recommendations under tight timelines
