You will coordinate interviews, candidate communications, onboarding, relocation, and related activities with HR, compensation, legal, IT, payroll, facilities, and executive teams.

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition coordination or related roles.
• Ability to manage complex executive calendars and interviews.
• Proficiency with ATS, Outlook, Teams and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support to the Executive Recruitment Manager across C-suite searches.
• Coordinate complex interviews across time zones, manage calendars and travel logistics.
• Assist with pre-employment requirements, onboarding, relocation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Track milestones and protect confidential candidate and business information.
