Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher for a 12-month, fully remote contract. This role serves on the Executive Recruiting Team as a strategic talent research and intelligence expert on a global scale.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Talent Researcher/Sourcer, can coordinate across multiple time zones, and deliver data-driven market insights to calibrate searches, while engaging candidates and managing multiple global requests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Talent Researcher and/or Sourcer with at least 1 year focused on executive-level roles.
• Ability and willingness to engage talent across multiple time zones and international borders.
• Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and effectively communicate data and market intelligence.
• High level of curiosity, agility and collaboration.

Pay rate

• Pay rate range 65-75/hr depending on experience.
