Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an ambitious and resourceful Executive Recruiting Sourcer to join a fully remote Executive Search team. This role focuses on C-Level searches, providing an opportunity to handle all aspects of the sourcing process. The ideal candidate is smart, engaging, and detail-oriented, capable of strategically initiating searches for senior executives, including CFOs, and building high-quality talent pipelines. This is a career-track role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Launch and manage C-Level executive searches, including developing strategies to identify and engage top candidates.
Leverage knowledge of local and national talent markets to build competitive intelligence and pipelines of target companies and candidates.
Collaborate with the executive recruitment team to understand hiring needs and provide insights to inform search strategies.
Source passive candidates using multiple methods, including social media, Boolean search, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet research, and ATS tools.
Conduct due diligence and assess candidate profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements.
Execute project-based sourcing needs efficiently and accurately.
Continuously expand understanding of market trends and innovative sourcing strategies.
Present polished candidate profiles and submittals to the executive recruitment team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of executive-level sourcing experience.
Demonstrated experience sourcing CFOs and other C-Level executives in an executive search or similar environment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Oracle or similar.
Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other candidate databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to establish and maintain professional relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex processes and multiple projects.
Resourceful, proactive, and self-directed; able to independently conduct in-depth research and identify high-quality candidates.
Polished and professional presentation, including resume and candidate submittals.
