Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in recruiting ops or executive scheduling across multiple time zones and locations.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage complex interview schedules across senior executives and teams.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including air, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Guide candidates through travel reimbursements and process workflows.
• Provide proactive, high-touch communication and support throughout the search process.
• Collaborate with recruiters, executives, HR, and external search firms to ensure seamless searches.
