Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead leadership searches end-to-end across GTM, R&D, and G&A. You will partner with the founders and executive team to define roles, map markets, engage senior talent, and close exceptional leaders who will shape TRM’s growth.

You will also build the executive recruiting function from the ground up and define processes for scalable hiring. You will bring 7+ years of executive search experience, a strong network, and a proven ability to close

Qualifications

• 7+ years in executive search with VP or C-level closings.
• Experience in high-growth startups and scaling leadership.
• Established network of senior leaders and able to open doors.
• Experience owning retained-style leadership searches end-to-end.
• Executive presence to partner with founders and senior leaders.
• Fluency using AI in search, sourcing, and outreach.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage multiple searches.
• Experience hiring across GTM, R&D, and G&A or mission-driven environments.

Responsibilities
