Sabre Corporation is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support executive hiring lifecycles in a hybrid role from our Southlake office. You will guide senior stakeholders and candidates through seamless recruiting experiences while building essential career-growth skills.

Strong organizational focus and data integrity are required. You will collaborate with legal and procurement on contract workflows, assist in candidate presentations, and leverage AI to streamline status reporting and materials

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, executive recruiting or HR support.
• Strong organizational skills and growth orientation in TA.
• Proven ability to manage confidential hiring with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary candidate contact delivering a first-class experience reflecting Sabre values.
• Support Executive Recruiter with job postings, candidate activity, ATS data.
• Coordinate interview logistics including travel and calendar alignment.
