Job summary

Sabre is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support executive hiring from our Southlake hybrid office. You will guide senior stakeholders through complex recruitment cycles, coordinate interviews, and maintain polished candidate experiences while leveraging AI and automation to optimize processes.

• Experience in talent acquisition or executive recruiting, ideally within technology or SaaS.
• Strong organizational skills with a desire to grow professionally within talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to handle confidential hiring processes while engaging executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a first-class experience that reflects Sabre's values and culture.
• Support the Executive Recruiter with creating job postings, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining accurate data in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview logistics including travel bookings and calendar alignment to deliver seamless candidate and executive experiences.
• Assist in the preparation of candidate presentations, interview materials, and status reports for leadership.
• Source high-caliber leadership talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal networks and targeted candidate outreach.
• Manage candidate workflows in Workday and other avenues to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Partner with legal and procurement teams to manage contract workflows and timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare offer materials and deliver day-one onboarding agendas.
• Use generative AI and automation tools to streamline candidate status reports, drafting materials and executive workflow efficiency.

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist reporting to our Executive Recruiter where innovation knows no borders. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will primarily assist with coordinating executive hiring lifecycles alongside the broader talent acquisition team when able. Operating in a hybrid model from our Southlake office, you will guide candidates and senior stakeholders through seamless recruiting experiences while building essential skills for long-term career growth. Organization and attention to detail will be a pivotal aspect of this role.

• Hands-on expertise using Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to build and track candidate pipelines.
• Practical experience using generative AI, automation or workflow tools to optimize administrative productivity and communication quality.
