MOHR Talent in Miami, FL is seeking an Executive Recruiter to own the full recruiting process across industries, from sourcing to placing candidates nationwide. This hybrid role offers a base salary of $65K-$75K plus uncapped commission and six-figure earning potential.

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
Great communication and relationship-building skills
Driven, fast-paced, and goal-oriented
Experience with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and LinkedIn
Background in sales or bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Own the full recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries
Partner with sales and hiring teams to build tailored talent strategies
Use creative outreach and smart tools to find top talent
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
