Mission Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to join our Temporary & Consulting Division in New York, focusing on financial services clients including banks, investment managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and fintechs. You'll recruit for temporary, temp-to-perm, and consulting roles and build pipelines across banking, accounting, finance, and risk functions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for temporary, temp-to-perm, and consulting opportunities across financial services.
• Source and screen candidates across operations, middle office, accounting & finance, compliance, risk, administrative support, and other business functions.
• Build strong candidate pipelines within the banking, investment management, and insurance markets.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview, offer, onboarding, and placement process.
• Partner closely with our sales and account management teams on active client searches.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and consultants.
