You will interview candidates, match them with client needs, and grow the client base while balancing the interests of candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or five years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients.
• Interview candidates and match them with their dream organizations and careers.
• Identify new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients to drive successful matches.
• Contribute to career growth and performance recognition initiatives.
