Job summary

Amplify is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and drive end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced EdTech environment. You will build thoughtful sourcing strategies, engage inclusive candidate pools, and partner closely with hiring managers to close offers with an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a full-time contract position with an expected duration of 6 months, with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to design and execute sourcing strategies across Product, Finance, Technology, Sales, and Admin roles.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS and Workday HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment life cycle across functions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Act as a strategic talent consultant to hiring managers to define role requirements and timing.
