Mission Staffing is seeking an Executive Recruiter to support our Office Support Division in the Tri-State Area. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting for Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and related firms, building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in administration, sales, or recruiting, with excellent communication and presentation skills and a track record of success in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in administration/sales/recruiting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, prescreening, and interview preparation.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the market.
• Oversee the recruitment cycle: candidate screening, reference checks, and offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
