Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Team-oriented mindset with collaboration.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles.
• Build relationships with professionals in core industries.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn to identify candidates.
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with sales and operations for a healthy pipeline.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvement projects.
