Job summary

CoLab Software is seeking an Executive Recruiter to own end-to-end search for our most senior GTM roles. You will partner directly with executives and hiring managers as a trusted advisor, and help build the executive search playbook while deciding when to engage external partners.

We offer unlimited vacation, health and dental coverage, and remote flexibility from anywhere in the US or Canada. Periodic travel to events is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years recruiting with at least 4 years in executive search.
• Proven track record placing GTM and senior talent at B2B SaaS.
• Strong sourcing and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Full-time permanent role with compensation and executive stock options.
• Unlimited vacation and health/dental coverage; remote from US/Canada.
• Periodic travel for events.
