Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows and ATS environment.
• Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of client and candidate information.

Responsibilities

• Develop Job Descriptions per Client requirement.
• Conduct prescreening interviews to evaluate applicant fit.
• Manage end-to-end Hiring Process for Client.
