Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered.
• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in heavy industrial, engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience recruiting technical or hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate-engagement skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, industrial, manufacturing, and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
• Maintain recruiting records and candidate pipelines.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates to management.
