• Partner with Talent team to execute searches.
• Conduct deep sourcing and market mapping for critical roles.
• Engage with executive teams and candidates to ensure a high level of service.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and optimize sourcing workflows.
• Continuously improve search efficiency.
