Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Drive high-volume outbound activity to build client relationships and pipelines.
• Identify and engage top candidates through research, referrals, and outreach.
• Engage candidates and clients via phone-based outreach.
• Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates for repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and records.
