Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is expanding its New Jersey team in Edison with a Hybrid Executive Recruiter role focused on Accounting & Finance or Human Resources. The position offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan and industry-leading benefits, with a flexible hybrid work setup.

You will build and own a book of business, source and place top talent, and manage the full lifecycle from business development to placement.

Compensation & Earning Potential

We offer a competitive base salary combined with an uncapped commission plan designed to reward performance, growth, and entrepreneurship.

• Base Salary: $55,000-$80,000 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission plan
• Additional incentives for temporary staffing business
• Six-figure earning potential for recruiters performing at expected production levels
