Job summary

Frontline Source Group is seeking an Agency Executive Recruiter to join our internal team. This remote role is based in the DFW area with occasional in-person team connections, and you must reside in Texas.

You will source, recruit, and build strong relationships with candidates across multiple disciplines, while maintaining a robust pipeline and supporting business development. A fast-paced, metric-driven environment rewards performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (professional services required).
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once.
• Experience with Bullhorn is a plus.

Frontline Source Group is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced Agency Executive Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a remote role based in the DFW area, with occasional in-person team connection opportunities.

We specialize in Accounting/Finance, HR, IT, Grocery, Marketing, Legal, Life Sciences, and Oil & Gas—and after 20 years in business, we’re just getting started.
