Job summary

The Executive Recruiter at Ladders leads executive search efforts for healthcare leadership roles, building strong candidate pipelines and coordinating engagements from outreach to interviews.

You will partner with internal teams and clients to move candidates efficiently through retained search processes, employing research, social sourcing, and compelling communications to secure top leadership talent for US-based organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare field.
• 5+ years in retained executive search or healthcare recruitment.
• Proven ability to identify and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Internet research and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with databases like ZoomInfo and tracking systems such as Bullhorn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce client-ready documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute research and sourcing strategies for executive searches.
• Identify and build pipelines of qualified executive candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct outreach to prospective candidates and convert them into active candidates.

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space.
This role will focus on executive search support, talent sourcing, and candidate engagement for high-impact leadership hiring needs. The Executive Recruiter will partner closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to build strong candidate pipelines, manage search workflows, and ensure a smooth experience from outreach through interview coordination. The position calls for strong research skills, professional communication, and the ability to move candidates efficiently through a retained search process.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
