Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership and collaborates on strategic planning and policy development for Area health programs.
• Coordinates public health planning, policies, training, and activities across Service Units with Tribal partners.
• Leads planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public health services to improve outcomes.
• Serves as technical and clinical consultant to IHS programs and community groups on health issues.
• Supervises Division staff and oversees field offices while ensuring medical service delivery.
