Lockheed Martin in Bethesda, Maryland, seeks an experienced Executive Protection professional to plan and execute personal protection for senior executives. The role involves coordinating protective details, coordinating with law enforcement, and maintaining readiness for domestic and international travel.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in protective services, strong communication, and deep knowledge of the DC area.

• Tactical driving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Support Corporate Security Executive Protection by planning, coordinating, and executing personal protection for senior Lockheed Martin Executives.
• On-call beyond normal hours for protection and transportation to/from facilities, meetings, and events.
• May use force of arms and possess relevant state police commissions and permits.
• Plan and execute advance trip coordination with law enforcement and other groups for domestic and international travel.
• Subject to government security investigation and clearance requirements.

Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

You will support the Corporate Security Executive Protection team by planning, coordinating, and executing personal protection for senior Lockheed Martin Executives. Often on call beyond normal working hours in the protection and transportation of senior executives and visitors to and from Lockheed Martin facilities, meetings, and special events. May use force of arms to carry out the mission and requires special State Police Commission to include applicable weapons permits. May perform emergency medical response. Performs advance trip planning/coordination with law enforcement agencies and other groups for executive visits for both domestic and international travel. The applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Possess or be able to obtain a Maryland and VA Special Police Commission and concealed weapon permits.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in providing close protection and advance trip planning/coordination
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the Washington, DC metro area.
• Tactical driving capabilities.
• Experience in dealing with workplace violence.
• Ability to work long hours and travel both CONUS and OCONUS
• Experience in working in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with home security systems.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
