Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive development of Python applications, automation frameworks, and engineering tools.
• Lead software development efforts and technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Lead AI and emerging technology POC efforts from evaluation through deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote software development best practices.
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automation solutions.
• Debug and resolve complex software and system integration issues.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies that improve team efficiency and innovation.
