Qualifications

• Experience in program management, business operations, engineering operations, chief of staff, or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong experience building operational frameworks and scalable processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for executive-level materials.
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across engineering, business, and corporate functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and productivity tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational programs for the CG Office, including employee recognition programs and executive/partner gifting.
• Manage operational cadences for executive leadership forums, roundtables, town halls, and strategic meetings.
• Own calendar governance and meeting readiness across recurring executive forums.
• Participate in key engineering operational reviews and planning forums to improve visibility and track priorities.
• Develop partnerships with engineering chiefs of staff and operational leaders to improve alignment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives related to workspace planning and business process improvements.
• Monitor travel and operating expense trends, providing visibility and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.
