Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Content Strategy Lead for Executive Programs to shape sessions for senior leaders from strategic customers. You will build a library of content modules across product, research, safety and policy, and lead a team that keeps content fresh as models evolve.

This role collaborates with Product, Solutions Marketing, and Customer Programs to tailor formats and demos for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product marketing or executive content at a B2B tech company.
• Experience building content for C-level audiences.
• Experience leading a content team.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute content strategy across Executive Briefings, Advisory Boards, Councils, and other executive gatherings.
• Build and maintain a modular library of content modules (product, research, safety, policy, demos, sessions).
• Refresh content cadence tied to model/product launches and retire stale items.
• Recruit, develop, and certify speakers from executive, product, research, and GTM teams.
