Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Content Strategy Lead for Executive Programs to own content for executive sessions with senior customers. You will build a library of modules, define the narrative across programs, and lead speakers from executive, product, and research teams.

You will design sessions that are impactful and tailored to C-level audiences while coordinating across product and marketing teams. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, ensure content stays fresh with evolving

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for C-level executive audiences.
• Experience building a reusable content system (module library or session catalog).
• Ability to work with researchers and engineers and explain their work to executives.
• Experience coaching senior executives and technical experts as speakers.
• Strong judgment on format for presentations, demos, or facilitated discussions.
• Experience managing people and building teams.
• Genuine interest in AI and enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute content strategy across Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Councils, and other gatherings of strategic customers.
• Build evergreen library of content modules for program leads and account teams.
• Refresh cadence tied to model and product launches and maintain a pipeline of new modules.
• Identify, recruit, develop and certify speakers from Anthropic's executive, product, research, and go-to-market teams.
• Design the experience and choose formats (working session, live demo, researcher conversation, peer discussion).
• Collaborate with program leads and standards for templates used across engagements.
• Coordinate with Product, Solutions Marketing, and Research to have executive content ready at launches.
• Capture customer themes and feedback to inform product and content strategy.
• Measure session feedback, module usage, and speaker performance for program outcomes.
• Hire, manage, and develop the team responsible for executive program content.
