EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Strategic Content Manager who translates market intelligence into compelling thought leadership narratives, aligning content with enterprise priorities and differentiated market positioning.

This role serves as the bridge between GTM Marketing Leads, the Case Study COE and Editorial Team, ensuring content is strategically aligned to enterprise priorities and differentiated market positioning. This individual is a strategist first and content creator second.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership or journalism.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, and prioritizing work across multiple content initiatives.
• Experience within professional services, technology services firms or B2B enterprise organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing and developing a team, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop narratives from research and market intelligence.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and SMEs.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities.

• Translate research and market intelligence into compelling thought leadership themes, narrative briefs and content strategies
• Partner with SMEs, business leaders, marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop differentiated market positions and identify emerging opportunities
• Support executive thought leadership programs and ensure consistency across enterprise narratives
