Anthropic seeks a Content Strategy Lead for Executive Programs to own content for C-level engagements, from executive briefs to boards. You will build a scalable library of modules, curate a roster of speakers, and guide cross-functional teams across product, research, and marketing to ensure timely, high-impact sessions.

You will design formats, coach speakers, and scale with Claude to tailor content by industry, driving value for strategic customers and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• Built content for C-level audiences in executive briefs, boards, or councils.
• Created scalable content systems with libraries or catalogs.
• Able to translate product, research, and policy into executive sessions.
• Experience coaching executives and engineers for speaking engagements.
• Proven ability to design formats for sessions (presentations, demos, discussions).
• Experienced managing people and building a team.

Responsibilities

• Set annual content strategy across executive programs and tailor by audience.
• Build and maintain evergreen content modules and speaker rosters.
• Refresh content in line with product launches and market changes.
• Recruit, develop and certify executive speakers across teams.
• Design engaging experiences and formats aligned to objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and research to ensure timely content.
• Measure impact and optimize content based on feedback.
• Lead the content team and set quality standards.
