Job summary

The Jewish Board is seeking an Executive Program Director to lead the Mishkon I/DD Division, setting strategy and ensuring excellence in residential and community settings. This role reports to the Chief Program Officer and directs a large program portfolio across Brooklyn locations, blending clinical standards with business operations to deliver quality care every day.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree with NYS licensure (LMHC/LCAT/LMFT/LMSW), experience with children/adolescents

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field and NY licensure per NYS requirements.
• Experience with I/DD services and residential/community settings is preferred.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Mishkon I/DD Division in Brooklyn and across sites.
• Develop and review treatment plans with clients and families.
• Liaise with families, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care.
• Lead clinical and staff meetings; ensure compliance with regulations and funding requirements.
• Foster a culturally responsive, anti-racist service environment.
• Maintain documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and develop divisional leadership team.
