Qualificações

• LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred; MPA, MPH, or related degree will be considered.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in residential services or related human services programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision for assigned programs.
• Oversee clinical, operational and fiscal performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and staff discipline; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety, service delivery, and quality of care, including for children in shelter.
• Manage program budgets, billing, and financial reporting; monitor utilization and productivity.
• Available and on‑call 24/7 to respond to urgent client crises; travel to resident apartments as needed.
