Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician preferred.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to read and manage a P&L.
• Experience maintaining and overseeing a treatment facility.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in residential and outpatient behavioral health.
• Ability to help develop and launch a new program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational management of the residential and outpatient program.
• Manage the program budget and P&L.
• Oversee facility upkeep and safety.
• Hire, lead, and supervise program staff.
• Partner with clinical supervisor to maintain quality of care and compliance.
• Help plan and develop the future men’s program.
