Venture Behavioral Health in the Denver area seeks a Programs Director to lead both clinical and business aspects of our women’s residential and outpatient services, with ownership of operations, budget, and facilities.

The role involves hands-on development of a new men’s program as we expand, requiring licensed clinical leadership, strong budgeting skills, and strategic program growth oversight.

Formación

• Fully licensed clinician preferred.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to read and manage a P&L.
• Experience maintaining and overseeing a treatment facility.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in residential and outpatient behavioral health.
• Ability to help develop and launch a new program.

Responsabilidades

We are a women's only residential and outpatient treatment program in the Denver/Englewood, CO area. We are growing and plan to open a men's location in the future.

Join Our Team

The Program Director leads the program from both a clinical and a business perspective. This is an executive-level role with ownership of operations, budget, and facility, plus a hands-on part in developing a new men's program as we expand.

Requirements

• Fully licensed clinician preferred
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
