Qualifications

• 15+ years in behavioral health care and division management.
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health, or business.
• Knowledge of the health care environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop and manage division directors and department managers.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulations and clinical practices.
• Assist in maximizing and optimizing utilization of clinicians and administrative staff.
• Review division and departmental performance versus goals and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify, prepare for, and capture new opportunities.
• Review and foster external referral partnerships and ensure adequate health care services are provided.
• Oversee state agency filings for company and divisions.
• Analyze profit and loss and review forecasts.
• Maximize and reduce expenditures and evaluate vendors.
• Help direct company operations.
• Review information for strategic decisions and guidance.
• Enforce clinical and administrative policies and practices.
